Excess computer usage could lead to blindness

As the title suggests… more on neowin.net.

Ok, well, let’s all try to take more breaks from lookin at the computer all the time.

If you touch type, i’m sure sometimes you can very well close your eyes and keep typing (as i’m doing right now!).

As always frequent breaks from looking at the computer screen is good!

And yeah, resting the eyes does not mean watching tv

They are talking about this leading to glaucoma.

I had one of the glaucoma tests last weekend when I had my eyes tested.. it was one of the strangest tests I have ever had. First they put in eye drops that numbed the eye, then pushed this thing (a freaky little device with a blue light) against my eyeball to measure the inner pressure of the eyeball. Not painful, just uncomfortable.

Oh damn, i guess that means i have to get rid of the tv on the desk over, and the TV tuner card.
